ARCH initially assesses and evaluates all research-relevant components within the hospital to identify those that can be configured rapidly for use within the research infrastructure.

The hospital’s centers of expertise are identified to develop a specialty research niche and procedures are set in place to expedite introducing programs for these specific areas. This process positions the hospital on par with others engaged in research, greatly reducing start-up delays common to new ventures.

ARCH coordinates with enrollment and management technology providers – e.g., study monitoring systems, documents management, and e-consent. ARCH also provides materials and training through certification for all hospital personnel engaged in the clinical research program.
